Ingredrients:
1/2 cup salty boondi
1/2 cup corn (boiled)
1/2 cup fried chana dal
1potato boiled
1 small onion slice
1 tomato finely chopped
2 tbs. coriander leaves
1tbs. chat masala
Sweet Chutney, phudina chutney and garlic chutney.
Method:
Mix all ingredients well and serve.

Chocolate Burfee
Ingredients:
Milkmaid --- 1 tin
Chopped nuts --- 100 gms. (Cashew nuts, Almonds)
Cocoa powder--- 1/2 (0.5) cup (Can get the cocoa powder from any neighbourhood kirana store or supermarket)
Butter----------- 50 gms.
Sugar----------- 3/4 (0.75) cup
Method:
1. Pour Milkmaid into a thick bottomed pan
2. Add butter, sugar, cocoa powder and nuts (cashew nuts and/or almonds) into the pan.
3. Stir on gentle heat till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan (stops sticking to the sides of the pan)
4. Keep a dish ready and apply a thin layer of butter to it.
5. Pour evenly into a buttered dish.
6. Allow to cool and set.
7 . Cut into squares or diamonds (shapes). Serve.

Coconut Laddoo
Ingredients:
Coconut powder _ 250gms
Milkmaid _ 1 tin
Some Butter
Some Butter
1. Keep aside 50 gms. coconut powder. Use the remaining 200 gms for mixing with Milkmaid.
2. Add remaining coconut powder (200 gms) to Milkmaid in a container.
3. Cook on a slow fire with periodic stirring till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan (stops sticking to the sides of the pan)

4. Cool and roll into small Laddoos with buttered hands.
5. Roll on coconut powder kept aside earlier and serve.
