(Cashew nuts, Almonds)<br /><br />Cocoa powder--- 1/2 (0.5) cup (Can get the cocoa powder from any neighbourhood kirana store or supermarket)<br /><br />Butter----------- 50 gms.<br />Sugar----------- 3/4 (0.75) cup<br /><br />Method:<br />1. Pour Milkmaid into a thick bottomed pan<br />2. Add butter, sugar, cocoa powder and nuts (cashew nuts and/or almonds) into the pan.<br />3. Stir on gentle heat till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan (stops sticking to the sides of the pan)<br /><br />4. Keep a dish ready and apply a thin layer of butter to it.<br />5. Pour evenly into a buttered dish.<br />6. Allow to cool and set.<br />7 . Cut into squares or diamonds (shapes).
